Ladies Styling are solo classes. Here you focus primarily on body awareness, coordination, timing, musicality, rhythm, weight transfer and balance.
These elements are essential for all partner dancing and solo dancing of course. You will also learn sequences wich involve footwork/shines in order learn how to hold your own on the dance floor.
The Ladies styling courses will have two levels; Beginners/Improvers and Intermediate/Advanced.
Beginners/Improvers (L1) is aimed for dancers who have little or no experience with styling besides the necessary styling taught in the courses. Here you will explore how to execute your basics in a more refined way with added flair and movement. Work with simple, but effective excercises to explore your body and awareness. New techniques and challenges - without overwhelming you - be on the list of "must haves".Intermediate/Advanced (L2/L3) will go deeper in technical excecution, build on dance vocabulary, explore femininity and perfect timing and details. Coordination, speed and balance will be essential.
